Project Overview
PRISM reads Claude Code's session files and produces health scores across 5 dimensions: Token Efficiency, Tool Health, Context Hygiene, CLAUDE.md Adherence, and Session Continuity. It detects token waste, retry loops, CLAUDE.md rule violations, and compaction losses — then outputs concrete CLAUDE.md diff recommendations. Runs entirely locally, no API key needed.
